These terms and conditions are specifically applicable to any transaction taking place between us the seller Sign Arabia LLC and you, the buyer. Whenever you make a purchase from us, in the form of services or products, you agree automatically to the terms and conditions mentioned here. These terms and conditions can be altered without any prior notice to the customer and they stand final unless agreed upon otherwise in writing. The prior written permission of the MD is required for any deference from the terms and conditions stated here.

Goods and Services

We have every right to alter the nature, range, type, quality and quantity of the goods and services we provide without any prior notice and we also have the right to accept or decline an order in part or full. The order confirmation from your end is mandatory so that the quotations put forward by us come into effect, which is null otherwise. Our quotations are specific and inclusive of the services and goods mentioned in the quotation and not on anything else.

Pricing

The pricing that is specified in the quotation provided to you is what is applicable on the specific transaction between you and us. Our current prices will be invoiced and there might be an adjustment to the pricing depending on any increases in cost of manufacturing or supply occurring due to instances beyond our control such as pricing or raw materials or an increase in the prevailing exchange rates.

Payment

Unless agreed-upon otherwise, payment must be made upfront in advance for the goods and/or services as agreed upon and mentioned in the quotation. If there are any overdue payments pending, we have every right to temporary pause or terminate our services and/or delivery of the same to you. The buyer shall in no way retain the installment as security for potential cases by the purchaser against Sign Arabia LLC.

Cancellation

Once acknowledgment has been received, any cancellation needs to be agreed upon by us in writing and there might be suitable charges applicable depending on the amount of work that has already been done or expenses that have been incurred in our attempt to fulfill your order prior to cancellation from your end.

Delivery

We generally do not undertake transportation of the goods or services that we provide to you unless it is specified in our agreement, and you are ready to cover the additional cost for transportation.

We cannot guarantee a specific date or time for the delivery of a service or product and any dates that we give you are our best estimate. By placing an order with us, you agree that we shall not be held responsible, on account of delayed delivery, for any unique, coincidental, corrective, backhanded or weighty damages.

Any rules and regulations applicable for the export of goods or services must be complied with thoroughly on the buyer’s part and any associated expense, loss or damage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Liabilities

In general, the cost of the product is the extent of our liability and does not include any other charges of any kind. Any consequential damage is not our responsibility, and this includes damage occurring due to postponement or default in conveyance because of any reason. We shall only take responsibility for personal injury if it can be explicitly proved that negligence on our part caused the injury. Any delay that is caused by negligence or by accident renders us liable whatsoever to pay any compensation.

Warranty

We offer a warranty period of one year for our goods only in the case of manufacturing defects and this is applicable from the date of delivery. Improper handling of the equipment leading to accidental damage is not covered as a part of this. Outside of the warranty period, there will be additional charges applicable for any repair following inspection of the machinery.

Return and Refund Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Please note that Unwanted Goods cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or have been identified as damaged upon delivery
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (info@signarabia.com) and send your item to: (Our Address).

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
